I'm Massimiliano Bianchini, ICT Architect at Almaviva and AI Engineer based in Rome. Over seven years I've grown from Junior Developer to architecture and technical-leadership roles, working across enterprise software, modern web development and production-ready AI systems.
Today my focus is designing AI agents and automations: optimized workflows that save time, improve processes and increase leads. I build useful systems rather than demos: RAG pipelines with LangChain and Qdrant, solid backend services, and the technical decisions needed to keep everything stable in production.
